Screenshot Handling and Retention
When you upload conversation screenshots to our app, we retain them for a period of 30 days. During this time, the screenshots are securely stored and used solely for the purpose of generating AI-powered responses. After 30 days, the screenshots are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
We implement strict security measures to protect your screenshots during the retention period, including encryption and access controls. Only authorized personnel have access to these files for maintenance and troubleshooting purposes.
You can request the deletion of your screenshots at any time before the 30-day period ends by contacting our support team.
